ヒルクライムもどき。武蔵五日市駅から上川乗まで往復。右の坂を登っていけば数馬の湯、そしてその先には都民の森があるけど、今日は体調が微妙だってのでこの場所で折り返した。上川乗までは急な坂もないので負担は少ない。帰り道、瀬音の湯に寄って温泉入ってきた。

去年の12月に投稿した記事。もうあれから7ヶ月くらい経った。今の自分は武蔵五日市から上川乗までの往復でフロントをインナーにすることは無くなった。今はビンディングペダルもあるから、所要時間も短縮できるかも。今度週末に晴れたら同じコース走ってみよう。
